* Este tema fue grabado por primera vez en 1945 con la banda Blue Grass Boys cuando Earl Scrugg y Lester Flatt se unieron a la banda de Bill Monroe. El estilo de banjo de Scruggs se convertiría en un standard a seguir por las futuras bandas de bluegrass.
El tema "Blue Moon of Kentucky," fue nombrado "official state song" por la Kentucky General Assembly en 1988.
